Who we are

Ahmad Mohammadi is the principal broker, owner, and CEO of Hawaii Luxury Real Estate, a full spectrum brokerage that specializes in marketing luxury and resort properties in Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, and Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the Kohala Coast communities.  


Ahmad uses his 35 years of experience in sales to provide excellent representation and negotiation skills for his clients. His experience in luxury home building and subdivision development extends his knowledge to help his clients to be successful in all aspects of their real estate goals.  


As a principal broker, Ahmad is responsible for managing 13 agents, two brokerage offices, and the vacation rental management division. Hawaii luxury real estate has two offices, the primary office is in Mauna Lani Resort, and the second is in downtown Hawi.
