Relieving because she made us feel so confident in decision making and in our wants for what would be best for both us, as sellers and the buyers. The atmosphere she presents is so welcoming, that it invites anyone around her to be in that same mood. Genevieve is also strong in decision-making when it doesn't feel or sound right for her clients. She will stand alongside her clients to guide and give them advice for their best interests. She goes out of her way to make time for her clients no matter what it may be. Her guidance in helping you find resources or answering questioned, legal of not good a long way and a wide venue. Korby went absolutely out of his way to help me find a home to purchase. He showed me at least 30 properties (some more than once!) over several months and was always available whenever I needed him. As you can guess by the fact that I viewed so many properties, I was a very picky buyer. Korby did a fantastic job of taking my very specific criteria and only recommending places that fit what I was looking for. He showed me houses on my lunch break, after work, and on weekends. I'm sure I ran him ragged but he never complained and made excellent evaluations of each of the places we looked at. When I finally got to the point of narrowing down houses for final offers, he had already put together market comparisons based on the properties he anticipated I'd choose. He knew the market and the realistic pricing points and gave very sound advice when it came to negotiating a final price so that our haggling period was short and absolutely painless. To top it off, he even called me four months after I bought my house just to check in to see how everything was working out and even updated me on a final sale price for a house that he and I both agreed was way overpriced during my initial home search (he was absolutely right the house eventually sold for $20,000 below its original asking price). Beyond being good at what he does, he's also just a pleasant person to be around which is a huge benefit when you're dealing with a potentially stressful situation like buying a home.
