Believe it or not, I have grown up in Real Estate. Starting at the age of 12, I spent my summers answering phones in my father’s real estate office and by the time I was in my early 20’s was a real estate assistant for some of the top producers in the country.
Real Estate market was tough in the 80’s and turned to another passion of mine which is advertising and marketing. I helped successfully launch the Real Estate Market Magazine of Sonoma Country, worked for years as a top advertising executive for Comstock’s Business magazine and Island Home magazine.
In January 2007 I moved to Hawi, Hawaii and immediately got my real estate license. Throughout the different financial climates, I have been a steady force in the market helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
When I am not making homeownership dreams come true I enjoy spending time with family and friends, the beach, hiking and visiting the Pu’u O’o Crater in Volcano.
I pride myself with expertise in negotiating, research and marketing to create a perfect balance for my clients. “Real Estate Made Easy”, that’s me, making all of my transactions as easy and smooth as possible.
One word really, ohana! Family! Genevieve's aura and disposition of herself are addicting.
